Purpose:Every year, the Epsilon Phi Chapter and Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. gather applications from qualified students to review for scholarship opportunities. Below are the different types of scholarships that we have to offer. To retrieve an application, click on the button underneath the criteria for the scholarship, form is fillable.

Scholarship Submission Information:
Please submit each typed scholarship packet in a presentation folder, 3 prong folder or bound layout to our Chapter (please NO notebooks or binders),

ALL application submissions must include the following:
1. A headshot photo and 3 copies of the essay
2. Documentation for all activities and community services. Only activities
with documentation will be considered. (Ex: Photos, certificates, etc.)
3. Family income documentation (1st Page of Recent IRS 1040 tax return
only), documents must be readable, please black out social security
numbers.
4. A current official/certified academic transcript with SAT or ACT scores. ACT
or SAT scores may be submitted separately (Not required this year).
*NOTE – The National Board has agreed that NO “test scores” will be a part of the 2022
Scholarship Evaluation packet due to continued erratic school interruptions and closures
around the country from the COVID 19 Pandemic.
5. Make sure the required number of recommendation letters are included.

* The Mackey Scholarship is a Regional level scholarship and the Witherspoon is a National level scholarship. Only one applicant will move on to the different levels from our local chapter.

- Fredda Witherspoon National Scholarship: 4 - $2500 and 1 - $5,000

National Future Iota Leaders Scholarship
• High School graduating Senior
• Male or Female student
• Wishing to pursue a business related degree
• Must be a member of our auxiliary group.

Dorethea N. Hornbuckle National Scholarship
• High School graduating Senior or Undergraduate Full-Time Student
• Male or Female Student
• 2.5 G.P.A. or higher on 4.0 scale
• Pursuing a degree in the field of business, business administration, science or
engineering
• Proof of community service within past year
